Scheduled Backup On Timer not working

I have just installed Cobian Refelector on my Server 2022 OS . I set everything up but it seems that scheduled backups on a Timer (Lower 08.45 - Higher 23.30) are not triggered

Manual backup works.
i have set it to work as a service , logon as a user with admin rights . All services checked up and running .
When i perform manuall backup the UI shows next backup ~Undefined
Now i set it to work On a Daily scheme with predefined hours , i will report back my results

Any advice ?

The next backup will always be undefined for timers. What is the value of the timer?

I duplicated my Task , set one to be on timer , set the other to be on predifined hours and now both worked
Maybe there is a bug on a new installation the timers not to be set correctly ? I have been trying all day yesterday and did not work . How does a timer work ? Starting from the lower time or when a pc starts ?
