CB UI not showing while Service working

I usually forget "cobian" (reflector) as it's working silently and actually doing it's job
today, I want to run several tasks saving to an external drive (not permanently mounted)

... unfortunately when i want to open the interface "nothing" shows
In fact I see in the tasks list an empty window whichcan't be displayed

unintall cobian then download and reinstall 2-6-55
Same result

I run W10
(Édition Windows 10 Professionnel
Version 22H2
Installé le ‎03/‎12/‎2021
Build du système d’exploitation 19045.4170
Expérience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0)

Yesterday a windows update was pushed: 12 mars 2024 — KB5035845 (builds du système d’exploitation 19044.4170 et 19045.4170)
There's probably a link

Anyone has experienced this?

What you are seeing in the task manager is problably the application window (which is hidden), not the interface. The interface has its own process.

OK, understand the point

Question is: and then....
- what could be the reason behind this behavior and possible correction
- in other case, is there a kwown bypass to update the UI (in case I need it)

If you start the interface: do you see the process in the task manager? (Cobian Reflector User Interface)

The icon exists in Taskbar, and is responsive, but the "open" UI doesn't show

I found the problem:
How stupid I am
I just "reset positions" and ..... the UI is back
(in fact some days ago I changed from 2 HD displays to a single 4K screen)
so, the UI windows was probably on the second display which doesn't exist anymore

lol I also got into this trouble and took a lot of time to find out all I need is to reset positions
