exclude 'old' folders from backup

Hi
Is there a way to exclude from my backup all (sub)folders that contain only files that are older than a specific date?
I'd like to filter at folder level, not file level. But the changed date attribute for folders does not seem to be very reliable in Windows.
Just to be clear: if a folder contains 1 or more files that are newer than the whole folder should be included in the backup.
Thanks!

It should be possible if ALL files in the folder are older but not if only some of them.

Thanks for your reply!
How should I do this?

Add a filter of type Date older than... for the task.
