win 7 install reflector .net installed C++ installed

I am trying to install reflector on a win 7 64 bit machine 15GB. Already installed .net 4.5, and c++ configurable I get failure to install those files are missing.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Reflector needs 4.6 or better , not 4.5
