Ability to Resume Interrupted FTP Uploads

I'm using Cobian Reflector to back up data to an FTP server and am having problems uploading large files due to unstable internet connection. I noticed that when the connection was interrupted, Cobian Reflector automatically reconnected to the server but started uploading files from the beginning, instead of continuing from the point of interruption.

I read a forum post about this feature being considered for addition in the future. However, I would like to know if there is any current way to solve this problem? Or if there is an upcoming update that might resolve this issue, can you let me know the expected timing?
