Issues with Incremental Backup Not Skipping Unchanged Files

Hi everyone,
I'm using Cobian Reflector 2.4.00 on Windows 10 and have set up an incremental backup task. Here’s my configuration:
Source: D:\Projects
Destination: G:\Backups\Projects
Backup type: Incremental
Schedule: Daily at 2 AM
The problem I'm facing is that even though the backup type is set to incremental, it seems to be copying all files every time the task runs, regardless of whether they have changed or not. This is causing the backup process to take much longer than expected.
1. Why might Cobian Reflector be copying all files instead of just the changed ones?
2. Are there specific settings I need to check or adjust to ensure only modified files are backed up?
