En la última versión si lo tengo marcado, lo que he detectado ahora es que tengo carpetas con acentos al ser español y las carpetas se me crean con caracteres extraños.
ej: 'Documentaci'$'\227''n Vero'
Estoy probando con las diferentes codificaciones y ninguna me vale, ni UTF-8 ni ninguna de ellas.

Europa occidental (Windows) debe servir. Si el servidor soporta UTF-8 y Auto-características está marcado, debería usar UTF-8 sin problemas.

Pues no se la verdad, esto es lo que tengo

Y en el puedo crear carpetas con acentos y ñ sin problemas.
Iré investigando a ver que descubro

Una pregunta, por que no usas el sftp en la Raspberry en vez de ftp? Te evitarías miles de problemas.

Ok, lo pruebo, con lo que he encontrado es que los archivos acentuados los copia pero le cambia el carácter y luego no es legible el archivo.

Parece que ese servidor no puede usar UTF8 en ese caso. Trata de cambiar la codificación a Windows occidental.
