New Userid not Activated

I registered an account, sgayner, several months ago. I received one email that mentioned I would receive a second email activating the account. I never received the second email and the userid sgayner does not appear to be active. I registered this second userid to be able to send a message to you. Could you please activate/fix the sgayner account? Thanks you.
