I don't understand why the icon to start a task is a disk ?
Usually, this icon is used to save something...
So I imagine each time that I will save some configuration or something, I search where to click

Here, I expect a "start" or "execute" icon, so the "play" button (a triangle) seems to be more common ?

Just because it was a disc on old versions. Find me a good icon you think fits better in xaml format and I'll be glad to use it.
