What does the log with individual file operations is saying?

With version 0.9.22 despite saying that it updated 527 files, it didn't update anything.
With version 0.9.18 updated everything.

That is not the log.That's the history. - I need the LOG file with INDIVIDUAL operations.

The individual log starts at 15:26:54 and from version 0.09.18, which starts at 15:30:58 and from version 0.09.22

I don't see any problem. You can change the log level to verbose as well to see if there is some problem with the attributes.
