Sorry, but, I cannot find this information.

When I imported the old task list from Cobian 11, I had 2 tasks that were in "disable" mode.

They copied over disabled, but, nowhere can I find the enable/disable toggle in Reflector.f

Please advise.

Open the task, check Enabled .

In Cobian Reflector, what is the difference when a task is "enabled" vs. when it is "not enabled"?

A "not enabled (disabled)" task will not get executed.
