I get this error today when installing : "Couldn't delete the autostart flag: Requested registry access is not allowed." I've tried installing as admin too.

Probably trying to delete the Autostart flag from some other user... This should not have affected the installation at all. You can try to delete all autoflags from the Service and Application Control panel.
