Install hangs

Install hangs at -

Starting the installation...Creating the installation directory "C:\Program Files\Cobian Reflector"...
Creating the start menu icons...
The start menu icons have been created.
Checking and installing the redistributable Visual C++ runtime packages if needed...

On Windows 10, install option was "application".
Virus checker is Carbon Black and cannot be disabled (but it didn't log any issues).

Also install cancel is hanging...

Version is 0.9.36 BETA

Don't know why but the redistributable Visual C++ runtime packages takes sometimes some time to be installed...
