backup open Outlook PST files not working

Second issue:
The underneith logfile shows that The Volume Shadow Copy image has been successfully created.
Yet, the backup of open Outlook files fails :
"Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier car un autre processus en a verrouillé une partie" means:
"The process can't access the file because another process has partially locked it".

This used to work years ago in Gravity but became problematic with Windows 10.
Is this purely related to the way Windows 10 protects open files, in another way than previous Windows versions?
Is their any hope you can find a solution to this?

I know ost files are excluded from VSC. Don't think pst files were excluded by maybe this has been changed? Need to check this out.

Thank you for your answer.

It has worked under Gravity, and one day it didn't any more.

So yes, you may be right, perhaps it is something Microsoft controls from within VSC...

But there should be a workaround:
Drive cloning and imaging software like Acronis True Image use VSC as well and do manage to entirely clone the operational system drive, including open PST files.
