Shutdown task not working

I need to set the Impersonate up to enable backing up of network drives. Without this, the backup can't access the share. However then the final task (shutdown computer) doesn't then work I get an "access denied" error in the log.
If I disable this and run it without Impersonation, the shut down works fine, but then the share files can't be accessed.
Any ideas?

The user that is impersonating the task has no full permissions to shutdown the computer.

I will be adding another option in the future for shutting down the computer that won't be affected by this.
