Yes, but the option is there. Can sometimes be useful to turn it off if needed.

I'm going to give up, backups don't run, if any does is in an unpredictable way. The last chance is removing "Save Empty Backups" . I will report results

Scheduler still doesn't work, it has an strange behaviour that I would like to capture, when I have an hypotesis this fails again even three or four days after the scheduler seems to work....Now I have another, let me a couple of days to confirm it
