Normally (in Cobian Backup) files placed in Safe Mirror are under a folder structure reflective of their original path in the backup:
L:\backup\video\movies\filename.xyz

But since going to Reflector, *most* files still follow this pattern, but other files and folders get dropped right into the root of Safe Mirror.

I don't see any setting that would cause this, and I can't see a pattern to what ends up in the full path, and what ends up in the root.

Can you give me an example of the file structure of the source that may be causing this?

Sorry for the delay. It turns out this was my fault, not the software. I set another program to also put deleted items in Safe Mirror, and completely forgot I had done it. My apologies.
