pre-backup events timeout

I set an "execute and wait" pre-backup event but the backup job waits for 10 minutes then logs the error "Timeout while waiting for the program to exit". My program actually takes more than 10 minutes to finish.
Is there a way to adjust the timeout value?
I'm using Cobian Reflector 0.9.42.
