Check the EventViewer after the installation. Do you find some error there?

BTW an idea: If you go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CobVSCRequester

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CobianReflectorService

in the registry, and surround by quotes the value in ImagePath,

For example: C:\program files...etc to "C:\program files\etc.."
Doe the service start then?

Hello,

now it's working all done! So compliments! :APP

A last question: we used the old "Cobian backup" and now we use Cobian Reflector, we backup 3 differents directory in the same HDD and machine where the Cobian is installed (no NAS, no NET, ...).

In the old version after the backup we receive a single "zip" file with inside all the 3 directory not zipped. I see the new interface and that seems not an option with the "shadow copy on"... I'm wrong or...?

Thank you so much!

Are you using an old option? It works fine now since 0.9.75 I think.

Yes, your're right! I had an old version, updated to the last one and now I can receive an unique zip with inside all my fonders.

thank you so much!
