I have set backup 1) connect disk 2) make backup 3) disconnect disk 4) shut down pc
at the same time, I have set the log to come to my email every time a job is done, but it hasn't arrived.

So how do I set it up so that a log of the backup status is sent before shutting down the pc ? and then shut down the pc

Use the alternative shutdown event (Options-Engine).

Did not understand how to set it up please though so screenshots. I couldn't find anything like that in settings -> engine (shutdown alternative)

Mail daily won't solve your problem because it uses a constant time.

So if I come to work the next day, Mail daily won't work so that if I turn on my computer and have it set to send logs of the previous day's backups or what backups have taken place at a given time, it won't send that?

You select the time. if the computer is "alive", it will send the logs. If it's dead, so... nothing to do.
