Very slow backup

Hi, I have been using Gravity 11 for several years and have recently installed Reflector.
My backup is 500GB and with Gravity it took 8 hours for a full backup. With Reflector it takes 36 hours! It's possible? Is there any way to speed up the backup?
Thank you.

Are the settings the same in both programs? Ftp? Shares? Compression? Small files? Differential? Incremental? Debug logging? There are so many factors!

Yes, the parameters are the same, I checked them all. It is a Windows Standard 2012 server. The backup is complete weekly. The daily ones are differential and are few files, an acceptable time.
Now I have tried to disable Copy timestamp, Copy attributes and Copy NTFS permissions. Let's see how it goes.
Update: the backup on Saturday night is not finished yet, it's almost 60 hours!

What is the source and destination? Many small files? Compression?

The source is the Windows Server 2012 hard disk, the destination a NAS.
That's about 500GB, 830,000 files, individually compressed (as recommended).
With Gravity 11 I used a single monolithic compressed file instead.

A monolithic archive is of course a LOT faster (sometimes 12x faster), so if it's speed you are seeking, then THAT's the way to go.
