I looked for an option in TOOLS / OPTIONS but I didn't find it.

I use the app manually.

Any chance of starting the app already open and not needing to go to the windows tray to do this?

Run from the command line (or a batch file) using the -notray option.

Cobian.Reflector.Application.exe -notray
