I have problems when trying to perform my backup, when trying to perform in a folder that has hidden files it gives an error, which the old cobian did not happen. Need a help please.

Are you sure that it's the hidden attribute that is the problem? Works OK here.

Is "Copy file atributes" in Settings, Functionality checked ?
Does the user that runs Cobian Reflector have enough rights on 10.241.2.10 to see hidden files ?

Yes, this option is checked.
10.241.2.10 is one of the servers where we store backups.

I'm sure this is the problem, because the other backup works normally, only the one with hidden attributes gives this error.

The previous version cobian 11 worked normally, we only stopped using it because of the tls that was discontinued. Now this new one works the tls but it gives error of the backup of those that have hidden files.

But what kind of server is this? I need to know to install it and check.

By the way have you tried to check the List hidden files otion?

It's a windows server.

Where is this list hidden files option you refer to located? That way I can see and test if it works if I haven't used it before.

This is the task, not the connection. On your ftp connection there is another advanced tab.
