Yes, but in case I don't use FTP connection, I use the folder inside my server to store my backup of my desktop.

OK, sorry, I though you where using the FTP function.

Could it be that the user running the task doesn't have listing permissions for some of the sources?

I don't think it's this problem, because in cobian 11 we didn't have this kind of problem and we used the same process as now.

Could you send me the exact directory structure you are using?

something like...

tree /a /f > textfile.txt

But I would like to get the exact attributes of those directories that are missing.
