Problem with setting up directory synchronization

There is a source directory where backups from different PCs are dumped and there is a second directory on the NAS to which I want to synchronize the source directory.
With any Cobian settings, all files are copied to me every time the task is triggered.
What settings should be specified on the General and Advanced tab for synchronization so that only new or modified files are copied to the target directory from the source?
