bug: Cobian Reflector

Cobain Reflector (differential backup) includes file even when it is not modified. I does that for only one file "SIDSS_Entity_database.db", perhaps there is a special function to always backup .db file.
Image included to show, that the file is included in various backups, even when the file wasn't modified.
Kindly see if this behavior can be corrected.

Is the archive attribute of the file being reset?
