How is the application started? Do you use some parameters or do you just start Cobian.Reflector.Applicaton.exe by double clicking the icon ?

Also, try running Cobian.Reflector.PermissionsTool.exe to see if there is some problem with permissions.

It is set up as service and auto-start in Task Manager and Cobian.Reflector.Applicaton.exe is starting automatically.

Hmmm... You do understand that you cannot have the serve and the Application running at the same time?

I installed it as a service and it starts automatically. I do not run application.exe manually.

nd Cobian.Reflector.Applicaton.exe is starting automatically.
This is not the service. The service's name is Cobian.Reflector.Service.exe

But the service is always on. It should start the task only when the computer is started.

Sorry, my mistake.
Of course, Cobian.Reflector.Service.exe is service and it always on.
And automatically starts Cobian.Reflector.UserInterface.exe

If you stop the service and start it again manually, does your task start automatically?
