The parameter is incorrect

Hi,

I have 4 VHDX files to copy in this order:
it.vhdx - 115Gb
sys.vhdx - 65Gb
data.vhdx - 6Tb
archive.vhdx - 2Tb

getting results:

Please what does "The parameter is incorrect" means? Is it because of the size ?
