Installer not doing anything after being executed. (SOLVED)

Windows server 2012 R2
Run cobian reflector installer (crSetup-0.9.15-BETA.exe)
Cobian reflector pre setup and cobian.reflector.starter show up on task manager and stay there for a few minutes and then they just go away and nothing happens. :)

EDIT: I just had to run it 3 times :?

That's normal. Those 2 processes are waiting until the setup is exited.
