I'd like to be able to compress all parent folders in my source directory.
Currently when I turn compression on it's compressing each individual file for every folder inside the source root directory.
I'm utilizing cobian to backup website data and some directories have numerous sub-directories nested within eachother and I don't need every individual file compressed just the root.
IE:
Source Directory: C:/Inetpup
Destination Directory: //Share/MyBackupFolder
Inside C:/Inetpub i have
Website 1
>folder 1
>>folder 1
>>>folder xyx
>>>>file1
>>>>file2
>>>>etc..
Website 2
>etc..
Website 3
>etc...
I just need to compress folder1, folder2, folder3 and everything inside into archive-folder1, archive-folder2, archive-folder3, etc.. Is this doable with Cobian Reflector? I didn't see any settings for this.
Thanks

Re: Question about Compression
Are you using monolithic compression? Sounds exactly like what you are looking for.
