Uninstall Cobian Reflector

How do I uninstall Cobian reflector?? I can't reinstall the program because I get a message saying that it's still running.
HELP PLEASE!!!

As any other program: control panel-Add remove programs.

After selecting Cobian Reflector, click on the "Uninstall" or "Change/Uninstall" button at the top of the list of installed programs. Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the uninstallation process. Watermelon Game
